Property Access

  • Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Sunrise ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
  • SKI ON / SKI OFF: Sunrise Trail - typically open January to March. Please confirm weather conditions.
  • Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.

Policies and Rules

  • Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
  • Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
  • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • No smoking allowed. The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
  • Sunrise Amenity Center: Pools (community, heated, indoor), hot tubs, sauna, steam room, bar and grill (0.9 miles).
  • The home includes towels, bed linens, climate control, hair dryer, cooking basics, jetted tub, dishwasher, toaster, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit, pool table, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, basic dishes & silverware, patio, and ironing board & iron.
